I spent the past few days collecting all of the published archaeogaming scholarship I could find: articles, chapters, books that have to do with archaeology/history and digital/video games, with a few entries on pedagogy and a couple on historical tabletop/board games. As of March 11, 2017, the list contains 66 citations starting with two articles from Ethan Watrall in 2002.

If you have published on any of archaeogaming’s many flavors, or know of someone who has, I would like to add the citation(s) to the Bibliography page. Please leave a comment here, or email me at archaeogaming at gmail dot com.
NOTE: The bibliography of archaeogaming scholarship contains English-language citations, but surely there’s been work published in other languages?
